Cardiovascular is the heart and blood vessel. You need maximum of 30 minutes of cardio to workout your heart flowing. It is important to exercise your heart because it helps prevent diabetes. Otherwise exercising is good for you by not being obesity and give your body energy. Cardio and exercise helps your body by not developing cancer and any type of disease.
Physical activity is any form of movement that works your muscles and uses more energy than you use when resting. Walking, running, dancing, swimming, yoga and gardening are examples of physical activity. These activities help you because your body is making movement and being physical. What i can do to make myself healthier is by eating healthy such as my vegetables, vitamins, and food with less grease (calories).
The physical education that we've work on in school is swimming. Swimming is a really good exercise for your heart because swimming is like running your body makes a lot of movement. The other exercises that we do is jumping jacks, crunches, and push-ups. What I will be doing this summer to work out my heart us by going to the gym and doing the treadmill about 30 minutes.
